Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by Casa Vista Development LLC.
Eligibility
The competition is open to UAE residents aged 18 years and above.
Participants must have a public Instagram account throughout the competition period and until the winners are announced.
Employees of Casa Vista Development, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Registration
Only one registration per participant is permitted.
Participants must provide a valid full name, phone number, and email address to complete registration. All other fields are optional.
Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent registrations may be disqualified.
How to Enter
To submit a valid entry, participants must:
Complete the registration form.
Create and publish one original Instagram Reel featuring the Casa Vista Development Aquora project mock-up.
Follow @casavistadevelopment on Instagram.
Tag @casavistadevelopment in the Reel caption or within the Reel.
Keep the Reel and Instagram profile public until the winners have been officially announced.
Follow all campaign instructions published by Casa Vista Development.
Judging & Winner Selection
Registration alone does not qualify as a winning entry.
Winners will be selected based on the performance of their original Reel, taking into consideration: organic views, likes, comments, shares, saves, overall engagement, creativity, and content quality.
Paid advertising, boosted posts, purchased engagement, bots, fake accounts, or any fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence regarding the results will be entered into.
Prize
The top 5 eligible participants with the highest-performing Reels will each receive one Apple iPhone.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Casa Vista Development reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Content Requirements
Participants confirm that:
Their Reel is their own original work.
The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
The Reel does not contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or inappropriate material.
Any individuals appearing in the Reel have granted permission to be featured.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that breaches these requirements.
Verification
Casa Vista Development reserves the right to verify participant identity, eligibility, Instagram account authenticity, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions before confirming any winner.
Failure to provide requested verification or comply with these Terms may result in disqualification.
Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administering this competition, contacting participants, verifying winners, and communicating competition-related updates.
Use of Content
By entering this competition, participants grant Casa Vista Development a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost, publish, share, display, promote, and otherwise use their submitted Reel and related content across the Promoter's marketing, advertising, website, social media, and promotional channels without additional compensation, while crediting the creator wherever reasonably practicable.
Competition Period & Winner Announcement
The competition closes on 31 August 2026. Entries or Reels submitted after this date will not be considered.
Winners will be announced on 15 September 2026 through Casa Vista Development's official Instagram account and/or contacted directly using the details provided during registration.
Participants must keep their Reel publicly accessible until the winner announcement date to remain eligible.
General
Casa Vista Development reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the competition, or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the competition.
Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Apple Inc.
